This is a technical mountain ski boot with Gore-Tex. The boots have an excellent mix of longitudinal softness and lateral stability which makes the Svartisen very suitable for long trips in both moderate and demanding terrain. The Svartisen is equipped with CSF (Crispi Skeleton Frame): the boots have two plastic buckles and ankle bracing for a precise fit and maximum control over the mountain skis. This is especially good when the descents become steep.
